Swimming

This past weekend, my Mom and I went to the park. She calls it Tanner Park I think. Its pretty fun. We get to run around and be all crazy! I don't run as fast as I used to but there are so many smells to smell and trees to mark. Its great! There is also a stream along the side of the trail that Teeko and I love to run through when its warm enough. Teeko was being a troublemaker again on the way to the park. He was growling and being all mean to a dog that would eat him for a snack if he wanted to! I don't know why he has to push his luck like that. Its like he has little dog syndrome or something. Well, his mom wasn't happy about the growling and barking so she threw him to the ground and made him lay on his back. Maybe someday he will learn that if he is just chill he will get to play a lot more.

Anyway...

Teeko and I kept trying to run in the stream like we always do and our mom's kept yelling at us. It was so confusing! One day we can go in the water and the next we cant! I don't get it!

So I was being a rebel and decided to ignore her as I usually do when there is something I want and I jumped in the water. Well it was cold and DEEP and moving faster than I remember! I was pretty worried for a second there. My Mom was yelling at me and almost climbed in the water to get me. I am not sure why the water is so different at that spot. So after I got out of that part of the stream, I tried another spot. Then she got really mad and put my collar and leash back on. Then I couldn't get in at all. I guess she doesn't want me to have fun anymore. After a little while, she let me off the leash again when there wasn't any water around us.

All in all it was a great day! Mom took some pictures! I look so good! But man am I getting gray!!!
